How will you receive your package?
All packages will be sent with the utmost discretion and will go in bags owned by the transport company DHL.

What will appear as the sender on the package?
The sender in the package will appear as Online Logistics.

Delivery territory?
The scope of delivery, for now is only Spain (Peninsula), we hope to expand it very soon.
For islands or outside of Spain, please send an email to hello@diletto.es and we will help you with your order.

Delivery time
The packages will be sent within 24 to 48 hours by the DHL transport company after the order is confirmed and provided it was made before 5:00 p.m. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email or an SMS, as you have chosen during the purchase process, with the assigned number that will allow you to track it.

Shipping costs

FREE for orders over € 110.
In the last step of the purchase process is when the shipping cost is calculated, if your purchase has been greater than or equal to € 110, the amount will appear at € 0.

FIXED RATE € 6, for orders with shipments to the peninsula that the amount does not reach € 110. If you reside in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or outside of Spain, send us an email to hello@diletto.esand we will help you with your order.
