By using the Website or placing an order through it, you consent to be bound by these General Conditions, as well as full acceptance of each and every one of them indicated. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is recommended to carefully read their content before proceeding to purchase any of the products.


The products offered, along with their main characteristics and their price appear on the screen. Diletto reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and / or services it offers to Clients. In this way, Diletto may, at any time, add new products and / or services to those currently offered. Likewise, Diletto reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products.

To make the purchase, it will not be compulsory to register, but the completion of a form where you must provide personal data to manage the business relationship. However, the page has a registration section so that the customer can have their purchase history or make future purchases without having to re-enter their data, granting the user a username and password, which will identify him and they will personally enable you to access your session.

The offers presented by Diletto are valid within the limit of available stocks. Diletto reserves the right to modify the assortment of its products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.


Diletto aims to guarantee the availability of all the products that are advertised through the Website. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has been sold out, the customer will be informed within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of not having the product in stock when ordering, the customer will be informed as soon as possible to find a solution that is satisfactory to him. In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, the refund of the products not served will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days with the same means of payment used in the purchase.


To make any purchase on the Website, the customer must be of legal age. The acquisition of Diletto products by minors (under 18 years of age) is prohibited. The user, by purchasing the product, responsibly declares and guarantees that he is at least 18 years old.

In addition, the customer will need to fill out a data collection form in which Diletto is provided with the necessary information for contracting the products; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about their identity and that the client must expressly consent to by accepting Diletto's privacy policy.

Once the products that the customer wishes to purchase are selected, they will be automatically added to the "shopping cart". The client is free to access said cart at any time, where they will have the possibility to remove previously selected products (in whole or part of them) or add the quantities they want.

To proceed with the purchase of the products, the customer must click on the "Buy" button that appears below the list of selected products and quantities. Next, you will be asked for personal data in order to manage the shipment of the package. Once the form is completed and the Privacy Policy is accepted, you must choose the payment method and enter the necessary data for it. Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming it.


To maintain discretion with the customer, invoices will not be sent with the package. To this end, the client consents that said invoice is sent to him in electronic format or will be found within his user account.



The supplier will send the products to the Diletto distribution warehouse, from where the orders will leave, the final destination of which will be the address designated by the client at the time of contracting according to the chosen modality. Each time an order is to be shipped, the buyer will receive an email informing him of the exit from the warehouse of distribution of his merchandise. The scope of delivery includes the following areas: Spain (Peninsula).

The product or products contracted by the client will go in an anonymous package inside a bag of the transport company duly closed. Only the recipient's information will appear on the outer label, and the sender will appear as "Online Logistics" to preserve your privacy.


The orders will be delivered to the customer through the courier or parcel companies. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

The packages will be sent through DHL companies. The delivery time will range between 24h and 48h from the time they leave the Diletto warehouse. Diletto is not responsible for the delay that may occur during the shipment nor claims for them are accepted.


The prices of the products that are collected on the Website will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for the period of their validity and regardless of the destination of the order.

The final prices of all products, (and where appropriate, the final prices per unit of measurement, when mandatory) along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in Diletto's catalog.

  • The products have VAT included.
  • The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question.
  • Shipping costs: shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products displayed on the Website and will be borne by the customer provided that it does not reach the minimum purchase stipulated. Said minimum price will be informed in the purchase process and may vary according to promotions and special purchase offers.

Shipping costs will be added to the total amount and will be a flat rate that may vary depending on the rates of the transport companies.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping.

  • Return costs: returns are associated with return and management costs that will be borne by the customer. Keep in mind that in case of return we will be authorized to charge you the expenses that we may incur to make the return. For more information about returns, see point 8. Return and withdrawal policy.
  • Other additional expenses: in the cases that the payment of the products is made by cash on delivery, the client will assume the corresponding commission expenses. In the cases that the payment of the products is made through Paypal, the client will assume the commission that this platform determines as management expenses.

Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to apply will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes their acceptance.

You can make the payment immediately through the Shopify payment SSL secure payment gateway, a payment platform that complies with the PCI standard and supports 3D Secure payments. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law on Data Protection 03/2018. Diletto accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. When ordering, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly in the Shopify Payment during the purchase process. Diletto does not store information regarding credit cards. For internal reasons of the Organization, the collection management is done through the Shopify Payment, without it having any significance for the client.

Once the payment is made, inform them that in the subject of the client's bank account statement of said operation it will appear as "Buy Online".


This payment method will be available if it is active and can be selected on the payment method selection screen and will be applicable to orders within the Spanish mainland and at the delivery points of the transport company. The customer will make the payment in cash at the time of delivery of the merchandise at the place designated by him when placing the order. Diletto reserves the domain and will retain full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer, including possible errors by the seller or carrier. The purchase limit with Cash on Delivery will be € 500 (VAT included) per order. This modality involves an additional cost of 5% on the total order (with transport included) with a minimum of € 3 per management of the transport company. This additional cost will be paid and charged directly by the transport agency.



According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a minimum period of 14 calendar days, from the date they received the last product in the order, without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any penalty or cost , except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

To exercise the right of withdrawal of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition, with its corresponding original packaging and with all its accessories. As established in the regulations, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

  • The supply of sealed goods that are not fit to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly
  • The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inextricably mixed with other goods.

The client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product requested to inform Diletto of his desire to withdraw from the contract. The consumer must inform Diletto of his decision to withdraw from the contract using a form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of hello @ diletto.it is. Diletto will communicate to the consumer via email an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal and the shipping address.

Once the request to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract has been received, the client will return the product or products delivered to the destination indicated in the acknowledgment of receipt, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The customer will bear the shipping costs, as well as those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16.

At the same time, once the request to exercise the right of withdrawal is received, Diletto will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days using the same means of payment used by the customer. Diletto reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned.


Dilettose reserves the right not to accept returns of the orders issued.


The customer has the right to cancel the order as long as it has not left the warehouse. In this case, Diletto will return the amount paid by the client. In addition, you will be charged the corresponding expenses to manage the return of the money.

The client must inform Diletto by sending an email to hello@diletto.es, the order number to be canceled. 


In cases where a product is delivered that does not comply with the provisions of the order, the customer must contact Diletto immediately via email hola@diletto.es, providing the product and order details. . The shipping costs will affect Diletto.


Deficiencies caused by negligence, impact, improper use or manipulation, improper tension, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included in the guarantee. Neither are defects included in the guarantee for not following the instructions indicated on the website of each product or in the basic operating instructions that the product includes at the time of delivery, among others.

To manage a guarantee, you must contact Diletto via email hola@diletto.es indicating your order number and describing the problem. The collection process will be indicated in the confirmation email from Diletto.

If the client decides to exercise the product warranty right, in case the product is in good condition, but does not keep the original packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) and / or accessories such as the charger, cable or any other that it carries Originally, the warranty will not be accepted. If the product in question, packaging and accessories are in perfect condition, it will be replaced by the same product. The warranty period for the products offered on the Website will be 1 year.

The shipping costs in case of warranty are borne by Diletto or in case of processing it with the brand will depend on the conditions of the same.


Unless expressly provided otherwise in these General Conditions, Diletto's liability in relation to any product purchased on the Website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product. Diletto's liability will be excluded in cases of product failure or personal injury caused. The user accepts the exclusion of this responsibility since Diletto only acts as an intermediary between the wholesale distributors of brands, brands and the end customer.

On the other hand, the client assumes to know the data and characteristics of the products purchased. The client declares that:

  • You are a person of legal age in accordance with current legislation
  • You are authorized to use the account, card or payment method provided to make the purchase
  • You affirm that you know and consent to the receipt of the product at the place and under the conditions reported during the purchase process

Diletto could not be held responsible for breach of the contract concluded in cases of force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood or fire.

Not knowing exactly the screen resolutions used by customers when viewing products, Diletto is also not responsible for substantial differences in color between the products delivered and orders through those displayed on the Website or the conditions of the package that uses the own brand. In addition, the Diletto store is hosted on the online e-commerce platform Shopify Inc. This does not hold us responsible for any casuistry regarding the platform.
